more proficient in diagnosing problems as well as servicing and
repairing air conditioning systems.
The function of compressors, lines, condensers, driers, filters, expansion valves, evaporators, accumulators, and suction temperature controls are covered in depth. The systems used in fleet service are covered, including diagnosis, service and repair procedures. Safety and shop procedures are an important part of this class which is intended for experienced mechanics as well as those new to the trade or not familiar with motorcoach and transit bus air conditioning systems.
